Post-pandemic, office life is different. More flexibility, hybrid work setups, and space for individuals, small groups and sometimes large are all important, but not all may be used on a daily basis.

This new office design was created in a new shell space of a mixed-use building, on the busy and eclectic South 1st Street of Austin. Thoughtful design helps to accommodate many work styles, standing, sitting, collaborating, in an active space and in private, and of course, virtually.

The finishes, furnishings, and lighting were designed with comfort in mind, as companies now compete with work from home setups and other new and flexible spaces that are anything but the typical office workspace.
